The Wisconsin Transgender Health Directory is an “opt-in” directory operated by the Wisconsin Transgender Health Coalition. Any provider who self-identifies as providing inclusive and affirming health services to transgender, nonbinary, gender fluid/expansive/nonconforming (TNG) people may join. Providers do not pay a fee to join or maintain their listing in the directory, and all provider information is self-reported. The Wisconsin Transgender Health Coalition does not perform background checks on providers, and can, therefore, make no representation of the licensing, accreditation, or other professional qualifications. Updates to the directory are made on a quarterly basis in January, April, July, and October of each year.
Provider listings are for personal use only. None of the members, staff, volunteers, or anyone else connected with the Wisconsin Transgender Health Coalition can be held responsible or liable for your use of the information in, or linked from, this directory. Provider listings are not intended for, and may not be used for, solicitation, marketing, and/or canvassing.
The Wisconsin Transgender Health Coalition may remove provider listings without notice if we determine that the listing is not in the interest of furthering our mission, vision, and/or goals, or if we receive information that the provider is harming the health of TNG individuals and/or communities.
