THE WI TRANSGENDER HEALTH DIRECTORY

J. Stubbs LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Mental health provider

I am a therapist who treats individuals and couples, adolescents and adults. The main impetus for my earning my LPC was so that I could provide sensitive, competent, and trauma-informed services to queer and TNG folks. I earned my MS in Counselor Education at UW-Whitewater, and spent several years working for Journey Mental Health Center as an LGBTQ+ clinical specialist in outpatient services. In 2017 I began my private practice, Wild Iris Counseling, which serves queer and TNG clients almost exclusively.
