Clinical Therapist

Mental health provider, Substance use/abuse, addiction, and/or recovery provider

I am a Clinical Therapist, licensed in both mental health and substance use. I utilize a client-centered approach within a humanistic, cognitive and behavioral framework. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and am a strong advocate for equality/basic rights. My specialties include: adolescents and adults, substance use, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, LGBTQ specific issues, sexual identity, gender identity and expression, trauma and abuse, microaggressions, stages of coming out and gender dysphoria.

I offer both individual and group therapy for LGBTQ people who are experiencing chronically high levels of stress in the home, at school or in the community. My services are designed to meet this population’s unique needs and provide a safe environment to foster individual growth.
