THE WI TRANSGENDER HEALTH DIRECTORY

Thank you for using the WI Transgender Health Directory, a project of the Wisconsin Transgender Health Coalition (WTHC)! We are currently in the process of building our directory so that transgender, nonbinary, and gender nonconforming/expansive (TNG) people throughout WI will be able to find the kinds of health services they need.

If you provide affirming and inclusive health services of any kind to TNG people, please fill-out a profile to be listed in the directory for free by clicking on the “Add Listing” button on the top of this page.

If you are a TNG person and have or know of a provider who should be listed in this directory, please help us get them into the directory to help connect other people to the health care they need! You can go to the “Contact Us” page on this website and send us their contact information, so that we can invite them, or you can contact them directly. If you decide you want to email them, you can send them the link and explanation, and here is an email template you can use to invite your provider to join the directory:

I am writing to tell you about a new way to connect with more transgender, nonbinary, and gender nonconforming/expansive (TNG) people. The Wisconsin Transgender Health Coalition is building a directory for TNG people of affirming health care providers of all types—like you! The WI Transgender Health Directory will allow TNG people throughout Wisconsin to find health providers who know how to work effectively with TNG people, including doctors, surgeons, therapists/counselors, complementary practitioners, speech therapists, massage/bodywork, hair removal specialists, dentists, and many others.

If you would like to be included, you can go to https://witranshealth.org/add-listing, and answer the questions about your services, upload a picture of yourself, and add a description of your services. If you have any questions about the directory or the Wisconsin Transgender Health Coalition, you can contact them by going to https://witranshealth.org/contact-us.

Please check back in January 2018 for the official launch of the directory! WTHC will be celebrating the launch of the directory at our Winter Quarterly Meeting on January 22! If you would like to get more information about this event or upcoming meetings, please click on “Contact Us” at the top of the page, and request to be added to the WTHC listserv. We will also continue to add new providers quarterly ( in January, April, July, and October) every year and send-out an email to our listserv when the new providers have been added each time.
